for exhibitors at the 3rd edition of the EXPO BRAZIL OVERIJSSEL fair
By submitting the form below, you will automatically apply to participate in the EXPO BRAZIL OVERIJSSEL fair. in 2024.
The selection result will be sent via email by February 10, 2024 to those selected.
There is no cost to participate in the pre-selection.

Requirements for participation:
For exhibitors selling perishable food items:
Hygiene Care – Reminder! Please wear gloves and hats when handling and serving food.
Each participant generally needs to have their own trash for disposal and their own promotional material, including a tablecloth for the table they will use.
Once selected:
The cost of participation will be sent to selected exhibitors via email. Online payment within 5 business days after shipping:
55 euros incl. 21% btw - Display of perishable products: food, drinks or food products in general.
35 euros incl. 21% btw euros - Displays of non-perishable products.
35 euros incl. 21% btw euros - workshop, dance or music performances, children's activities or other demonstrations.
Cancellations:
After confirmation of the selected finalists, a link will be sent for payment and confirmation of participation only to these finalists. After payment, the exhibitor will have up to 7 working days to revoke participation and have payment returned with 50% of the amount. After this period there will be no return. 100% of the amount will be charged.
